I started my first makeup business as a teenager and never looked back. Over the years, I’ve trained in more than 200 brands, managed makeup counters, and freelanced for names like MAC and POP Beauty.

Hair quickly became my obsession. In high school, I was the girl doing “bathroom makeovers” after friends left the salon hating their cuts. By 2010, I was a licensed cosmetologist specializing in extensions—tape-ins, beads, and custom-colored fantasy hair. My chair was full of pinks, purples, and fairy-haired beauties, but it came at a cost: endless hours, heavy chemicals, and fragile results.

I owned my own salon in Austin, Belle’s Beauty Box, for years, but after watching too many clients struggle with dermatitis, chemical sensitivities, and breakage, I knew it was time to shift gears. I vowed never to touch toxic hair color again. Instead, I turned my 24 years of beauty expertise toward something healthier, longer lasting, and way more natural looking: custom k-tip extensions.
